Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Our billing runs on a calendar month cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds. Once a month has been charged, you will receive access to the web portal for the full month and the subscription will be cancelled on the last day of the month. So, please do not cancel on the first day of the month. If you choose to cancel, please cancel 7 days before the end of the month. By subscribing to SchedulePulse, you understand and agree to our Cancellation Policy.


To cancel your subscription, click on "Manage Subscription" in the navigation menu on SchedulePulse website or by clicking here. Once logged in, you will be able to cancel your subscription.
